Chocolate Flavor Pudding Recipe

 Chocolate Flavor Pudding


1. 800 ml of unsweetened liquid milk

2. 20 grams of cocoa powder

3. 125 grams of sugar

4. 1 pack of gelatin powder

5. 100 gr dark cooking chocolate that has been chopped.
6. 1 egg yolk only

7. 1/8 teaspoon salt

How to make:

1. Prepare the pan first. Enter the liquid milk, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and gelatin powder.

2. Use medium heat on your stove. Stir the mixture slowly until it boils.

3. Add dark cooking chocolate that has been cut into pieces, then stir the dough until it dissolves evenly.
